This
course was written for NAIW by Past National President Elise
Farnham to help members to fulfill the new 1 HOUR Ethics
requirement towards their DAE designation. The Student Guide
(which you can purchase for $5 - reserve your copy by April
11th and we will order it for you) includes a "Certificate
of Completion Request" in the back of each book. You must
have the original certificate of completion issued by
National to evidence as completion of the course. This
course is ONE HOUR ONLY and is not filed for CE credit. If
you do not need or want the "Certificate of Completion" you
do not need to buy the Student Guide, just come and enjoy
the class!! |

By making a reservation, you agree to the following:
If I cannot attend a meeting and have made a reservation I agree to
notify the program committee chairman no later than 12 pm on the Monday before
the meeting. If I did not attend and did not notify the chairman, I agree to
reimburse CCC of NAIW for the cost of the dinner. If I bring a guest to the
meeting, I will make and be responsible for separate reservations for them.
